SixLeaf is billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, for most of our services. So it's important to keep your billing information up to date to ensure you do not lose access to our services, lose access to your data, or stop a Blast at the wrong time and to ensure continuous service with our platform.
To change your credit card information with SixLeaf:
1. Login to your SixLeaf account and click the profile menu:
2. In the dropdown, click Billing:
3. On the Billing page, locate the Payment Information section and click the edit icon next to the current card of record:
4. In the window that pops up, enter your new credit card information into the fields and click Update. Note: please be sure your credit card information is accurate to ensure your service with SixLeaf is not suspended as a result of incorrect credit card information being entered.
